Using Clip Studio

What Clip Studio provides
Clip Studio is a Windows application by ZunimiLabs that finds moments in your livestreams and turns them into short vertical clips with captions. It runs on your own PC. The free plan includes the core clipping features with weekly limits; Premium removes those limits and adds extra features. Features may change, improve, or be withdrawn over time.
Your content and your responsibility
Only clip streams you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for the videos you download, edit and publish with Clip Studio, and for following the terms of YouTube, Twitch, Kick and any platform you post to. Do not use Clip Studio to infringe anyone's rights or to break the law.
Automatic results, such as detected moments, captions, translations, virality scores, titles and hashtags, can be wrong. Review your clips before you publish them.
Premium plans and prices
Premium is a subscription billed in advance for one of these periods:
- Every 3 months: ₹1,699 in India, US$20.00 elsewhere
- Every 6 months: ₹2,999 in India, US$35.00 elsewhere
- Yearly: ₹4,999 in India, US$59.99 elsewhere
Taxes are shown at checkout. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, which sells Premium to you and handles payment, taxes, and order and refund enquiries; Dodo Payments' buyer terms also apply to your purchase. In India you pay in rupees, including by UPI AutoPay; elsewhere in US dollars.
Renewal and cancelling
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account at pay.zunimilabs.online/account, through Dodo Payments' customer portal linked there, or by emailing debarshiparasar.business@gmail.com. After you cancel, Premium stays on until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. If we change a price, we tell you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
Refund policy
If Premium is not right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment and you get the full amount back. Renewals are not refunded, except where required by law or if Premium did not work for you because of a fault we could not fix. To ask for a refund, email debarshiparasar.business@gmail.com from the address you signed in with; you can also contact Dodo Payments about your order. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and Premium ends when the refund is made.
Your account, PCs and licence keys
Premium belongs to the Google account you signed in with and works on up to two PCs at a time; you can remove a PC in Settings, Premium. Licence keys, including gift keys, are personal: do not sell, publish or share them. A gift key gives Premium for the stated number of days from when it is activated. We may cancel keys or accounts that are shared, resold, or obtained by fraud or chargeback.
The free plan
The free plan's weekly limits are counted on your PC. We may adjust the free plan, but features you have paid for stay available for the period you have paid for.
Licence
ZunimiLabs gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Clip Studio. Do not reverse engineer, crack, or bypass its plan limits or licence checks, and do not redistribute it except through our official download. Clip Studio includes open-source components under their own licences, listed in the NOTICE file shipped with the app.
No warranty
Clip Studio is provided "as is". We work to make it reliable, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every moment will be found, or that any clip will perform well on any platform.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ZunimiLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or lost earnings, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Ending
You can stop using Clip Studio at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever stop offering Premium, we will refund the unused part of any paid period.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting consumer protections you have where you live.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Changes do not apply to a period you have already paid for.
