Your data and Clip Studio
Effective November 7, 2026
This policy explains how the Clip Studio desktop application and its licence server handle information. Clip Studio is made by ZunimiLabs (zunimilabs.online). Questions or deletion requests: debarshiparasar.business@gmail.com.
Your videos stay on your PC
Clip Studio analyses your streams, writes captions and exports clips on your own computer. Your recordings, downloaded streams, clips, transcripts, caption edits and clip library are stored in your Windows user profile and the folders you choose. They are never uploaded to ZunimiLabs.
When you paste a stream link or pick streams from your channel, Clip Studio downloads that public video and its public chat replay directly from YouTube, Twitch or Kick to your PC. If you connect live chat, chat messages are saved on your PC to help find moments; messages older than 30 days are deleted automatically.
Settings, weekly free-plan usage counts and a random identifier for this PC are kept in a local settings file. Your sign-in session is protected with Windows Data Protection (DPAPI).
Downloads the app makes
To work on your PC, Clip Studio downloads speech-recognition and sound models from Hugging Face, the optional AI upscaler from GitHub, and app updates from GitHub. These downloads send no information about you or your videos; the services see an ordinary download request from your IP address.
Signing in with Google
Signing in is optional and only needed for Premium. When you sign in, Google tells our licence server your Google account ID, email address, name and whether the email is verified. We ask Google only for these (scopes openid, email, profile), never for access to your YouTube channel, Drive, Gmail or anything else.
The licence server, which runs on Cloudflare, stores:
- your Google account ID, email address and name;
- a fingerprint (hash) of your app session, never the session itself;
- each PC using Premium on your account: a random ID, the PC's name and when it last checked in, so Premium can be limited to two PCs;
- your plan, its billing period, its status and when it ends, and your licence keys.
Short-lived sign-in and checkout records are deleted after 10 to 15 minutes.
Payments
We never see or store card, UPI or bank details. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record: it sells Premium to you, takes the payment (UPI, cards and other methods) and handles taxes, under its own privacy policy. It tells our licence server that a subscription started, renewed, changed or ended, with its plan and end date, so Premium can be switched on or off.
Emails
When you buy Premium or receive a gift, your licence key is emailed to you through Resend. We do not send marketing emails.
What we do not do
Clip Studio has no analytics, advertising or tracking. We do not sell or share your information, and we do not use your videos or captions to train any model.
Keeping and deleting your information
Account and subscription records are kept while you have an account, and billing records as long as tax law requires. To delete your account, email debarshiparasar.business@gmail.com from the address you signed in with; we delete your account, sessions and PC list within 30 days. Uninstalling Clip Studio and deleting its folder (%LOCALAPPDATA%\ClipStudio) removes everything stored on your PC.
You can also remove Clip Studio's access at any time from your Google Account under Security, Third-party apps.
Children
Clip Studio is not intended for children under 13, and Premium may only be bought by adults or with a parent's permission.
Changes
