Using NOVA

By adding NOVA BOT ("NOVA") to a Discord server or using its commands or dashboard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, remove NOVA from your server and stop using it. Questions: debarshiparasar.business@gmail.com.
The service
NOVA is a Discord bot and web dashboard made by ZunimiLabs that provides alerts, music, moderation, leveling, tickets, games and related features. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued. Some features may require NOVA Premium.
Your responsibilities
Server admins choose which features run, which permissions NOVA has, and how moderation features act on members. You are responsible for those settings and for following Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Do not use NOVA to harass people, spam, break the law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with Discord or NOVA.
Premium
Premium is sold per server for the period shown at checkout and is processed by Stripe. Premium codes are single-use. Unless the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable once premium is active; contact us if something went wrong and we will look at it.
Music and content
You are responsible for having the right to play any music or share any content through NOVA. AI answers from /ask can be wrong; do not rely on them for important decisions.
Availability and warranty
NOVA is provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, ZunimiLabs disclaims implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ZunimiLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, lost revenue, or actions taken by moderation features you configured or by Discord. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending use and changes
You can stop using NOVA at any time by removing it from your server. We may suspend NOVA in servers that misuse it. These terms may be updated; continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept them to the extent permitted by law.
